1. How long is the delivery time?

The normal delivery time is 30 days. For special urgent orders, we will also do our best to speed up the process and deliver the goods faster. However, for OEM orders, the delivery time for the first order will be slightly longer because we need sufficient time to communicate and coordinate the details with you and finally confirm them with you.

2. What are your payment terms?

Our policy is to receive at least 30% of the advance payment before production and 70% of the balance before shipment. Of course, letters of credit are also acceptable.

3. How do we package the goods to ensure they remain intact during transportation?

We always take good care of all the products produced by our company and will package them carefully and properly. For example, for air freight or express delivery, we will use sturdy cartons (export cartons), fill them with sufficient foam/bubble wrap, and use inner boxes; for LCL (Less than Container Load) sea freight, we can choose pallet packaging for better protection. Of course, this option will be more expensive.

4. What are your delivery terms?

Our quotation and delivery terms are FOB Ningbo, except for small orders which are EXW. Of course, CIF, C&F and even door-to-door delivery are acceptable, so we will calculate and quote the freight charges separately.

5. How about the warranty and after-sales service?

Our warranty period is one year, excluding damage caused by human error. We will provide you with maintenance guidance.
