Ceiling speakers were previously mostly found in plazas, restaurants, and large exhibitions. However, with the advancement of technology, more and more families are installing them. Let's take a look at the detailed installation steps for home ceiling speakers.

Detailed Installation Steps for Home Ceiling Speakers:
There are many types of ceiling speakers on the market, and installation methods naturally vary. Today, we'll focus on the detailed installation steps for home ceiling speakers.

Drilling a Hole
Just like ceiling lights, a hole must be drilled for ceiling speakers. To avoid damaging the ceiling, a dedicated hole drill is recommended. The diameter of the hole should be based on the specified dimensions for each ceiling speaker. However, in practice, a slightly larger hole is recommended for easier installation and removal. This is especially true for plaster ceilings. If the ceiling speaker is tightly mounted, removal can easily damage the drywall.

Wiring Installation
1. It's best to run the wiring for the living room ceiling speakers at the same time as the electrician's wiring. Since speaker cables are weak current, they shouldn't be placed too close to the electrician's high-voltage (220V AC) cables. If PVC pipe is used, a distance of at least 20 cm should be maintained to effectively prevent interference. Furthermore, the electrician's wiring typically includes access holes, so the speaker cables should be separated from other wiring for easier identification during future maintenance.

2. The PVC pipe for the speaker wiring can be fixed to the ceiling's hanging rods. Also, consider the actual location of the speaker points during construction, along with the positions of other lights, fire sprinklers, air conditioner vents, and the design of the ceiling. If the speaker installation location overlaps with a light fixture or is designed near an air conditioner vent, this will affect the aesthetics. More demanding installations will pay attention to these considerations, so these considerations must also be taken into account.

3. The speaker cables are routed through the PVC pipe. The PVC pipe is spring-loaded to ensure that the wires inside each pipe can be freely drawn from the junction box, facilitating future maintenance, threading, and cable changes. Typically, electricians wait until the painters have finished painting before installing the various lights, which can save a lot of trouble.

After completing the above steps, simply check once more, and the ceiling speaker installation is complete.
